Shipping policy

All orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will be shipped out within 1–2 business days after placement. Orders placed before 12:30 PM ET on business days will ship the same day; orders submitted after this cutoff will be dispatched the next business day.

No address or order modifications can be made once your package enters sorting. Any lost or redelivery fees caused by incorrect shipping addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility. A shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers will be sent automatically once your order ships. You can track deliveries on carrier official sites. We ship via FedEx, USPS and local regional couriers, assigned automatically based on your delivery address.

PO boxes, military addresses, U.S. territories and remote islands are not eligible for expedited shipping; only standard shipping is supported for these locations.

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Exact shipping fees and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination. All import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Allbirds does not collect or cover any cross-border taxes. Customs inspection delays are not included in our estimated delivery windows, and guaranteed delivery dates cannot be offered for international shipments. Standard international transit: 7–21 business days; expedited international transit: 5–14 business days. Returns for international orders can only be processed within the country of purchase; cross-country returns are not accepted.
